Offer your soul
a new energy
Cynergi Healing Center: where restoration, presence, and joy are held in equal reverence. Rooted in love and built with intention, Cynergi is a Black-owned wellness sanctuary devoted to intimate healing and collective uplift. We offer a space where you are invited to show up as your full, authentic self—where all are welcomed, and those who have been historically marginalized are centered with care and respect.
Step inside and breathe. Our custom-designed space features serene rooms for grounding spa therapies, a tranquil meditation studio, and a curated holistic shop with handpicked essentials to nurture your body and spirit. Every corner of Cynergi is crafted to soothe the senses and invite stillness.
We also host soulful community gatherings—sanghas—where kindred spirits connect in the shared practice of compassion, curiosity, and inner peace. These circles remind us that healing is not only personal but also collective.
At Cynergi, there is no expectation—only encouragement to care for yourself with gentleness and intention. Every offering is designed to support your journey back to wholeness.
Our approach is guided by both Buddhist and Western mindfulness practices, compassion research, the science of grounding, and the wisdom found in everyday life.
Here, healing is sacred, self-care is a practice, and you are always enough—just as you are.

The hearts behind Cynergi
A STORY OF HEALING, PRESENCE, & PURPOSE
Before they ever knew the word mindfulness, Cyndi Weekes Bradley and her husband, Fenton Bradley, were already living it—quietly and intentionally, side by side. Raised in the rhythm of immigrant families—Cyndi’s roots in Barbados, Fenton’s in Belize—and shaped by the heartbeat of two great cities, Boston and New York, they grew up knowing how to endure, to strive, and to care deeply.
But even strength has its limits. Within two years, both lost their parents—a grief so profound it brought them to a threshold. Their healing journey took them to a grounding retreat where they experienced a quiet awakening.
Together, they dreamed of creating a sacred place that could offer this kind of healing to others—especially to communities often left outside wellness spaces. Cyndi imagined soft, green hills and yurts nestled in the quiet, maybe in the Berkshires, New Hampshire, or Cape Cod.
But it was Fenton who discovered the perfect place—unexpectedly—in Worcester, Massachusetts, the birthplace of fundamental mindfulness research. It wasn’t the wooded retreat they imagined. But with Fenton’s architectural eye and Cyndi’s healing vision, the space transformed. The rooms became indoor sanctuaries—urban yurts of care, comfort, and calm—held by the surrounding hills of the city.
And so, Cynergi Healing Center was born: a compassionate wellness refuge in the heart of a vibrant city. Fenton, a licensed AIA architect, shaped the space. Cyndi, a certified Reiki I–III practitioner, Stanford-trained Ambassador of Applied Compassion, and professional mindfulness teacher, filled it with soul.
Cynergi exists to help people reset, rejuvenate, and renew, in body and spirit. Guests reclaim a gentle sovereignty over their own lives—no longer needing to control others because they feel held within themselves.
Cyndi and Fenton share a guiding belief: No matter the depth of pain, healing is possible. You can rediscover joy, meaning, and the quiet power of being present.
